Hotel Colonne

My stay at this hotel in San Giovanni Rotondo was truly memorable. The location is excellent—just a short distance from the Sanctuary of Padre Pio, which made visiting the holy site so convenient and peaceful. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The room was well-equipped, and everything was spotless. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth made me feel genuinely welcome. I also enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant—authentic, delicious, and reasonably priced. It was the perfect place to relax and reflect during my pilgrimage. Highly recommended for anyone visiting San Giovanni Rotondo. I would definitely stay here again!

the most I liked was location, so close to sanctuary of Padre Pio. so easy to take buses and visit other places as well (Mount Sant Angelo for example). the staff were very kind with us let us doing checking earlier in the morning, providing us information about masses of church and also hot water every time we asked for.

I love this hotel, been visiting for the last 9 years. Great location next to Padre Pio. Welcoming and accommodating staff.

Warm welcoming upon arrival with much clear explanation in English, room was huge with Refrigerator, room heater as well in bathroom, hotel change everyday towels and clean groom as well. Very close to the Sanctuary
