Warm welcoming upon arrival with much clear explanation in English, room was huge with Refrigerator, room heater as well in bathroom, hotel change everyday towels and clean groom as well. Very close to the Sanctuary

I have been coming here since 2013, if you are looking for comfortability, security and a real place to relax this is the ideal location specially if you are visiting Padre Pio.

Everything was very nice starting from the staff to the apartment. It was clean and cozy. Its right under the Church and the Hospital from Padre Pio. The Breakfast was very nice!

The staff was excellent, helpful in every way, missed breakfast by one hour and we still got coffee and tea at no charge.

this is our second stay at this hotel, vote of the year. The advantage is the hotel's close location to the sanctuary.

the hotel was under some maintenance so we had to stay in another hotel, Giovanni Rotondo Palace. Everything was properly communicated and arranged with enough time in advance. The recepcionist was very kind, the breakfast was awesome, the room very comfortable, extremely well located and parking available, which is very convenient.
